OPTION 1: Working Genius Team Consultation
For teams up to 12 people. Ministry teams. Boards. Executive teams. Educational and coaching staff.
When organizations are healthy, they are able to bring out the best of each person on the team. This is beneficial for the team and life-giving for each member. As a Certified Working Genius Facilitator, Zeke can help transform work for people by helping them:
- Understand why they have been successful or unsuccessful in past endeavors
- Clarify which types of work give joy and energy vs. which types are draining and frustrating
- Avoid making unfair and inaccurate judgments about other teammates
- Alleviate guilt they experience when they see limitations in certain kinds of work/projects

Zeke will provide the Working Genius assessment, followed by a 30-minute Working Genius profile and personalized assessment debrief. This can be over the phone or in person (depending on location).

OPTION 3: Teamwork in Marriage 60-Minute Session
Also great for couples who are dating or engaged. View it as a fascinating pre-marital session!
This is not a counseling session* – it’s sixty-minutes of interesting discussion specifically focused on helping husbands and wives gain self-awareness and understanding. Many husbands and wives feel like they are failing one another. They’re a team, and there are hundreds of tasks and projects they must accomplish together. Each person brings strengths and geniuses to the work, but each person also has blind-spots and frustrations. This often leads to feeling guilty or frustrated.
There is a better way to work together as a team!
For this Teamwork in Marriage session, Zeke will talk through each person’s Working Genius results and facilitate a discussion about how a husband and wife can work together as an effective team.
Zeke brings to the table over twenty years of premarital and marital counseling as a pastor. These are meant to be fun, interesting sessions designed to help each person in the marriage feel understood and necessary.
