Dr. Zeke Pipher is the founder and principal consultant at Your Team’s Genius. He is certified as a Working Genius Facilitator and an Authorized Practitioner of the Taylor-Johnson Temperament (Personality) Analysis. Zeke earned his Master of Divinity (counseling) from Talbot School of Theology and his Doctor of Ministry (communication) from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He is ordained with the Evangelical Free Church of America, and certified by The Table Group as a Working Genius Facilitator.
Zeke became a team consultant because he loves helping leaders and teams thrive and become more productive. He has been a leader of various teams and boards since 2000. He was the student body president of Talbot School of Theology from 2000-2001. Upon graduation, he led a team of four full-time college ministry staff for Christ Community Church in Ames, Iowa. Zeke became the senior pastor of Heartland (EFCA) in 2005, and had the privilege of serving as the EFCA Midwest District Board Chairman for two years (2007-2009). Zeke still enjoys serving at Heartland, where he currently leads an amazing, generous team of eleven pastoral and ministry staff. He also enjoys serving as a member of Heartland’s elder board.
Zeke’s been married to Jamie since 1997, and together they have three children.
Zeke’s authored four books and written for several national outdoor magazines, including Field & Stream, Bowhunting World, Deer and Deer Hunting, and Petersen’s Bowhunting. As an author, Zeke is represented by Pape Commons.
